With the impact of COVID-19, and extreme weather conditions in some states, our courier partners are experiencing significant delays. Thank you for your patience as we work to get your orders to you as soon and as safely as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shopping online should be simple, with no hidden costs springing up at the checkout. That’s why we offer flat rate standard shipping for $12, and express post shipping for $20.

If you’re in WA, we also offer a local pickup option from North Perth, with secondary options on specific days/times in Cloverdale, Carine, and Southern River.

Please note, some of our products are available for local pickup only, and cannot be shipped. This may be due to cold chain requirements, or size/weight. Please be sure to read any shipping specifications on the individual product page.

Large Orders

Our products will be shipped up to a maximum weight of 22kg (including packaging), as per our carrier’s guidelines.  Orders exceeding this weight will be split into multiple packages and any additional cost of shipping passed to the customer. In the event of this occurring, we will of course contact you first and explore alternative shipping arrangements. Please note, revised shipping fees may apply at that time.


All orders will be dispatched within two working days. 

Your order should arrive within 7 business days for WA deliveries or 12 business days for other states, though please allow up to 15 days.  We are not able to control circumstances once your parcel has been dispatched, and there may be unforeseen delays from time to time.  If you haven’t received you purchase after 15 days, contact us and we will investigate the delay for you. Please note, Covid-19 and extreme weather on the east coast of Australia has caused a delay in shipping times which are out of our control.


While we will endeavour to ensure that your deliveries are punctual, we will not be liable for late delivery, non-delivery or any loss, damage or delay to you, arising from late or non-delivery of goods.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are either available to accept delivery or there is a secure location for the courier to leave your goods.  In the event you are not available for delivery, we will not accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to goods left at an unattended premises.


Occasionally we open specialty products to backorder. These are usually premium products sourced from overseas. Please be sure to take note of the approximate delivery time listed on the individual product page.

If back-ordered goods are out of stock at the supplier when we place the order, we will advise the purchaser via email as soon as possible, then either refund the balance owed, organise a substitute product or place a backorder for the out of stock goods on the advice of the purchaser.
