Hi, I’m Kelby! 👋

I’m a qualified dog trainer, lifelong animal lover and fully committed dog-obsessed human.

Dogs are basically my entire personality at this point. I work with them, train them, compete with them, talk about them constantly and then spend most of my spare time doing dog things too.

I’m passionate about force-free training and helping dogs and their humans build strong, happy relationships. I love seeing dogs grow in confidence, learn new skills and have fun along the way.

When I’m not working, I’m usually doing something with my own dogs, Finn, Echo and our latest addition Ripley. Between training, dog sports, adventures and the general chaos that comes with having 3 dogs, there’s never really a dull moment.

I also have a slight weakness for dog gear. And by slight, I mean I firmly believe there is always room for another harness, lead or accessory.

As a dog trainer, I’m really passionate about proper harness fit. A harness shouldn’t just look good — it should fit comfortably, allow your dog to move freely and suit their individual shape. Finding gear that is both functional and well fitted is something that’s really important to me.

Of course, I’m still a sucker for fun colours, cute designs and anything that makes a dog look extra fabulous.

So if you’re also the kind of person who buys your dog more accessories than you buy yourself, we’re probably going to get along very well.

Diva Pet combines so many of my favourite things — dogs, great gear, colour, personality and a little bit of fun — and I’m so excited to share that with other dog-loving humans.
